Assembly and smaller fabrication shop. 19 Hanwell Way Bassendean. 1400 square meters with stores area, assembly area and drive through paint booth 9 meters x 16 meters. Total land area 8,000 square meters.
Laydown area (Leased). Situated behind 25 Hanwell Way in Fairford Street.
Approximately 6,000 square meters.
